Hilltop village alongside the Rio Mundo
Liétor is a must visit when touring Castilla La Mancha, a pretty village with really friendly inhabitants. There are some interesting historical buildings here, including The Iglesia (church) Santiago-Apostel which contains what is believed to be, the second oldest organ in Spain. There are often recitals played on this organ by renowned Spanish organists, usually on Saturday evenings. It is well worth experiencing one of these, staying in the local Posada-hotel just opposite the church, where you can enjoy a pleasant stay in one of the comfortable rooms and a lovely meal at a really reasonable cost.

A short distance away on the road to Hellin is the Embalse-de-Telave, a large reservoir that includes separate areas for swimming/sun bathing, fishing and water sports.
