Site for a new international airport

Covera has recently benefited from huge investment in the area. A new airport is currently under construction which will mean greater accessibility into the area and will push property prices up. Currently Alicante Airport is only 68kiloetres away and San Javier airport is only 31kilometres . The new AVE fast train to Madrid is also planned for the area and will send prices soaring.
Within the mountains there are facilities for pony trekking, mountain biking, 4 X 4, hiking etc. The town is 20 minutes from the waters of the Mar Menor.

There is a bus station in the main street of the town, with services to Murcia City running every day. There are also connections to surrounding regions with regular time tables. There is also a train station in Murcia City which is accessible by bus, or a drive of twenty minutes.
