Small developing village by the sea

Los Nietos is a small traditional village with a small modern urbanisation, to the south, a nice mixture of ancient and modern. The village always seem to be nice and clean and well maintained, it has a well run clinic, and a small marina with a sailing school.
There is a nice promenade here and several good, typically Spanish restaurants, where you can enjoy fresh fish, menu del dia etc, at really low prices.

There is a train service to Cartagena, that runs a half hourly service at a low price, so this is an ideal spot to live if you have children as they can access the colleges and university safely easily and cheaply.
